quaint sitting area with fireplace, excellent location near cruise terminal, nearby cafes for dining
Checking in was confusing due to an unresponsive front desk!!! Lacked an elevator, making it tricky to haul luggage to the second floor!!! The room could use some modern updates for a more comfortable experience!!!

Positive, The queen room was spacious and comfy for four adults. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of everything. I slept like a baby on the big, comfortable mattress.

This was just an ideal choice for a brief pause in Quebec City with good price-quality ratio. The room was large and filled with character, featuring charming bay windows and a lovely balcony. Be sure to check in early enough to avoid waiting around.

The room was large, offering 2 queen-size beds arranged with leather chairs and a wooden desk in between. It included charming bay windows that opened to a small balcony overlooking Old Quebec. The room had modern amenities like a fridge and coffee maker, and the decor featured a lovely plaster ceiling. The staff at the nearby reception were friendly, and we enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast at a nearby restaurant.

Charming Stay with a Cozy Balcony
I enjoyed a delightful stay with my family in a lovely room featuring a quaint balcony where we sipped wine and watched the world go by. The staff was incredibly responsive during our check-in hiccup. For future guests, don’t forget to try the breakfast at a nearby café!

Family with children ideal choice
The hotel was in a great spot for walking to cafes and sights after busy days. The staff was super friendly and helped us with check-in even though it wasn’t traditional.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but considered the location it's acceptable.

The room was spacious and clean, with a great view. Plus, we loved the easy access to local attractions and restaurants. Our dog enjoyed the stay as much as we did!
In my wife's opinion, the small bathroom was inconvenient for kids.

I stayed in a Double Room for 4 nights, and honestly, it was very cute and spacious! The room was clean, and the location was perfect for exploring Old Québec. The coffee machine did its job, and the bed was comfy enough to unwind after a day of sightseeing. However, the bathroom was super tiny, barely fitting one person, which was a bit awkward. Also, there’s no elevator, so be ready for a hike up the stairs. Overall, a good experience despite a few quirks!

Had a great time with friends! The location was perfect for walking to local attractions. Check out the Urban Spa at Hotel Acadia for some relaxation. The staff were super friendly and helped with our bags. Definitely try the breakfast at the nearby restaurant, it was worth the extra $10.
We had some trouble with the check-in since the entrance door was locked and the phone went to voicemail. It's best to get the entrance key code ahead of time to avoid any hassle.
